I currently work at Verizon Communications, on a great team focusing on voice services, both VoIP and PSTN. We released VoiceWing: a VoIP service for consumers; iobi: a set of call mangement services for the PSTN; and built a WiFi network in payphones throughout Manhattan.

I joined Microsoft through the acquisition of Firefly Network Inc., a Cambridge based agent technology startup. As a developer I delivered the first recommendation engine to Barnes&Noble and negotiated a set of privacy standards (OPS & P3P) with Microsoft, Netscape, and the World Wide Web Consortium. These privacy initiatives (P3P) are now part of Internet Explorer 6.0 release.
